STAFF
Staff Goal #1: Cultivate a desirable work environment, training opportunities, and incentives to encourage long-term satisfaction among the staff

Staff Goal #2: Transition from janitor to sexton staff, in charge of cleaning, set-up, tear down, and basic maintenance

Staff Goal #3: Hire office manager to also oversee CP administrative responsibilities

Staff Goal #4: Develop internship positions, inclusive of youth and women’s ministry

PROPERTY
Property Goal #1: Implement a long-term parking solution for Sunday mornings, inclusive of crossing guard and parking lot personnel

Property Goal #2: Implement a long-term storage solution that will accommodate worship programs and liberate classroom spaces

Property Goal #3: Repair parking lot and roof without accruing additional debt

Property Goal #4: Remodel/update six restrooms (SW, NW, and children’s wing)
