God is in the business of changing lives. At Trinity, we seek to glorify
God together by building a community of maturing followers of Jesus
Christ. The purpose of this survey is to assess how well we are doing
at fulfilling that goal. This information is critical. If you have strong
feelings about any question, please supply your encouraging or constructive
feedback in the space at the end of the survey. If you do not know the
