| General Information
Trinity welcomes non-members considering our
Church for their wedding and provides this pricing
guideline. It is the aim of the church to assist you
in planning a Christian service, and we welcome
the opportunity to assure that your wedding is a
beautiful and memorable experience.
Our facility is available for weddings either on
Friday evenings or Saturday afternoons. The
building can comfortably seat up to 400 guests.
We will set up the worship center to suit your
specific needs. Our wedding coordinator will
work with you in planning your service as well
as other details for your wedding day.
We believe in the sanctity and longevity of marriage.
We require as a prerequisite to your wedding that you
participate in pre-marital counseling. Please advise
the wedding coordinator of your plans for counseling
and the name of your counselor.
The wedding packages describe do not include either
an honorarium for your Pastor for the ceremony or
for premarital counseling.
The pricing packages do not include: candelabra,
Kneeler, pew bows, aisle runner or other décor. |
This package includes:
Church Facility on Wedding Day : Based on the time of
your ceremony, you have use of our facilities for 6 hours.
We will work around your schedule. The Wedding Coordinator will be in the building this entire time.
Use of facility for Rehearsal: Usually the rehearsal occurs
the evening prior to the ceremony and takes about 1 ½ hrs. The Wedding Coordinator will work with your pastor during the rehearsal to assure that everything will run smoothly on your Wedding Day.
Wedding Coordinator: To assist you during the time
prior to your wedding day, as well as coordinating
the rehearsal and the wedding itself. Will work with your
wedding planner, florist, photographers, etc.
Coordinators Assistant: Will be present the day of the
ceremony, available to assist in any way needed.
Pianist/Organist: Either is available, whichever you
choose to use.
Use of Church “Wedding Accessories”: Tealight
Stands (you will provide the tealights); Various
Pedestals; Aisle Candles; etc.
Sound Technician: for the rehearsal and ceremony
The price for this package is $1495.00
Our facility can accommodate receptions up to
150 people. This ‘package’ includes:
All items listed for the Ceremony only, and the
Use of the Fellowship Hall for your reception.
We ask you to plan on no more than seven hours
use of the facilities on your wedding day.
The price for this package is $1995.00
ADDITIONAL MUSICIANS
Trinity Bible Church has many talented musicians
that are available for an additional fee. Please ask
for this information if you are interested in these
services. You may, of course, bring additional
musicians of your own choosing. |
