Brian Gross


Brian began serving as our Interim Executive Pastor in April of 2018. Previously, Brian served in vocational youth ministry for over 25 years and had an impact on the next generation for Jesus Christ-first in the Philadelphia, PA area and now in Texas. Brian earned a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, where he found and cultivated his love for historical theology. He and his wife Michelle have been married for 20 years and their two dogs, Chance and Chloe, all make their home in Richardson, Texas.

Dr. Brad Henderson

Senior Pastor

Brad grew up in a Christian home in CO and believes he felt his call to ministry in his summer leading to 5th grade. Brad and Lisa have been married since 1983 and have 10 children together, ages ranging from 7 – 29 years.  the three oldest (biological) children are all out of college and pursuing careers. They are currently raising six (adopted) children at home. Dr. Henderson has his Bachelor of Arts, Master of Divinity, Master of Sacred Theology, and Doctor of Ministry. He loves to read, when he can, enjoys running and even plays a few instruments. “Serving as a pastor has been the biggest challenge and the biggest privilege of my life, next to being a father and husband. Next to my wife’s example and the refining presence of my kids, serving in ministry has been my biggest source of spiritual growth.”

Liz Jessen


Liz is a former Navy brat with roots in the Central Valley of California. She did not grow up in the church, but started exploring what it meant to be a Christian in high school. After years of questioning faith, she finally fully committed her life to Christ in her 20s. She has a B.A. in Psychology from CSU Fresno and an M.A. in Cross Cultural Ministry and Christian Education with an emphasis on Children’s Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary where she also met her husband, Daniel. Liz is passionate about sharing Jesus with kids and helping them make their faith their own as well as training up volunteers and parents to lead children well.

Nikki Hunter


Nikki was born in Nacogdoches, Texas before moving to Richardson at a young age. She grew up in Richardson and graduated from Berkner High School before attending the University of North Texas where she earned a degree in Elementary Education, specializing in Early Childhood.  She taught in Richardson schools until she and her husband Jason began their family which includes their four kids, Charlie, Jack, Edie, & Georgia, and two four-legged Boxer kids, Clarence & Eloise.  Nikki loves training up preschoolers to know that God loves them and He is with them wherever they go!

Keith Roberts


Keith is a Dallas native who has been in and around Trinity Bible Church since 2003. For his undergraduate he attended Dallas Baptist University where he graduated with a BA in Biblical Studies and a BA in Christian Ministries. He has been involved in student ministry for the past five years and absolutely loves getting to pour into the lives of teens. Keith recently graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary where he received his Masters of Theology.

Jeff Hurtak


Jeff was born in Miami, Florida and lived in both Gainesville, Florida and Lynchburg, Virginia. He graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrating on Biblical Studies and Youth Ministries. Jeff is currently a student at Dallas Theological Seminary where he is pursuing a Masters of Theology. He has spent years serving in youth ministry and spent 17 months working at a Christian camp. After graduation Jeff hopes to be a church planter.

Alan Dugger


Alan grew up in Richardson and was active in the music program at First Baptist Church, Richardson, where his parents and sister's family still attend. He has been a member of Trinity Bible Church and active in the music program here since 2003. He graduated from Berkner High School and attended the University of North Texas. He has worked in the technical recruiting industry for over 20 years and is currently the Recruiting Manager for a small consulting firm in the defense industry. He and his wife, Gina, have been married for over 20 years and live in Allen. Their son, Kyle, studies music at UNT and is very active in several student ministries. Their daughter, Kelsey, attends Allen High School and is also very involved with several student ministries.

Charlie Einkauf


Charlie Einkauf is a born and raised North Texan. After graduating from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, he followed God's call to ministry by continuing his education at The King's University where he received his Master's of Divinity in May of 2018. It was there in seminary where his passion for worship and discipleship came together to fuel his love for leading other in authentic and intentional worship of Jesus Christ. He and his bride, Kim, make their home in Allen, Texas.

McClain Jacobs


McClain was born and raised in Richardson. She started attending Trinity at a young age and grew up through the ministries. She graduated from Plano Senior High School and then went to Collin College where she graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree. McClain loves being creative and spends her free time on Pinterest and watching HGTV.  She has worked in a boutique, Graham Cracker Express, and a year-round costume store. She and her husband, Andrew, met here at TBC (both of their moms are former staff members). They, with their son Abel. live locally and they look forward to seeing what God has planned for the future of their growing family.

Scott Schneider


Scott was born in Ohio, lived a few years in Indiana and has spent the last 25 years in North Texas; and now considers himself a Texan. Scott graduated from Abilene Christian University and competed on their nationally ranked cross-country team. One of the most rewarding experiences was meeting the love of his life and marrying his wife Susan. They now live in Plano along with their son. Scott has transitioned from a 15-year corporate career in the country club industry and is now applying his tireless work ethic and energy to the community, facility and grounds of Trinity Bible Church. Scott enjoys spending time with his family, working around the house or playing in the yard.
