Brad Henderson

SENIOR PASTOR

Brad grew up in Colorado and set his sights on pastoral ministry in the 5th grade. He married his high school sweetheart, Lisa, and God graced them with 10 children, both biological and adopted, with the youngest born in 2011. Brad loves good coffee, old music, great books, and hard exercise. He has a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Divinity, Master of Sacred Theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree. Next to being a father and a husband, serving as a pastor has been his life's the greatest challenge, greatest privilege, and greatest source of spiritual growth.

Mark Tobey

PASTOR OF OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT

Mark grew up in the Midwest but has lived in the Dallas area a few times over the years. He and his wife, Tracy, have three young adult children, Jacob who lives in Indiana and serves in ministry, Hannah, a worship musician and Jonathan, who is a student at University of North Texas. Mark has a passion for connecting with people from all stages of life and backgrounds and for encouraging and equipping God's people to reach their community for Christ. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute (Church Music) and Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM, pastoral leadership). Mark and Tracy are thrilled to be part of God's purpose for Trinity Bible Church.

Charlie Einkauf

DIRECTOR OF WORSHIP

Charlie Einkauf is a born and raised North Texan. After graduating from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, he followed God's call to ministry by continuing his education at The King's University where he received his Master's of Divinity in May of 2018. It was there in seminary where his passion for worship and discipleship came together to fuel his love for leading others in authentic and intentional worship of Jesus Christ. He and his bride, Kim, make their home in McKinney, Texas.  

Luke Hutterer

DIRECTOR OF STUDENT MINISTRY

Luke grew up near Green Bay, Wisconsin and moved down to Dallas, Texas in October of 2022 to pursue his M.A. in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary. When he was a sophomore at his undergraduate, he became a follower of Jesus Christ and by the time he was a senior, he felt called to ministry to serve teenagers. He married his wife, Erika, in 2022 and in 2023 his baby boy, Zander, was born. Luke enjoys going into the outdoors for a hike or hanging out at a coffee shop with Erika. And yes, he is a Green Bay Packers fan.

Ellen Pelto

COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Ellen grew up in Richardson, Texas. In 2016, she married her high school sweetheart, Matt, and graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Abilene Christian University. After graduating, Ellen began working in administration at a local church before she got the opportunity to serve at Trinity. Ellen enjoys spending time with her family, lending her voice to the worship team, and cardmaking in her free time. You can probably find her with at least two books on her person at any given time and she's always looking for good mystery book recommendations!

Cesar Romero

DIRECTOR OF COLLEGE & ADULT DISCIPLESHIP

Cesar grew up in Barranquilla, Colombia and has attended Trinity since 2019. After graduating from Universidad del Norte with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, he followed God’s call in his life and served with a missions organization. He married Ashleigh in 2017 and they spent the first years of their marriage in Barranquilla. Cesar earned a M.A in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2021 and enjoys using his free time watching soccer, listening to music, and spending time with his wife.

Madeline Short

CHILDREN’S DIRECTOR

Madeline grew up at Trinity Bible Church, where she was a student leader in the youth ministry and regularly served in the children’s ministry. She began serving as the Children’s Director in May of 2022. She met her husband Brian in college, and they got married in August of 2023. She has a bachelor’s from Mississippi College in French and Spanish. She currently attends Dallas Theological Seminary and is pursuing an M.A. in Bible Translation to prepare for the mission field. She loves language, culture, and evangelism. She is passionate about helping kids become disciples who take ownership of their faith and share it with everyone they meet!

Ashleigh York

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Ashleigh grew up in Richardson, Texas and has attended Trinity since she was a child. She has a B.A. in Sociology from UTD and an M.A. in Christian Education from DTS. After seminary, Ashleigh served with a mission organization, leading short-term trips to Colombia, South America. In 2017, she married her husband, Cesar, and they spent the first two years of their marriage living in Barranquilla, Colombia. Ashleigh enjoys using her gifts of organization and administration to serve the people of Trinity. She also loves trying new restaurants, is an avid hockey fan (Go Stars!), and has grown to love soccer—thanks to her husband’s influence.
